Until Camp

Step 1

Recruit Staff, complete Staff Applications and send signed forms with staff deposits ($150 each) made out to
"So Cal Naz District Church of the Nazarene" to:

Step 2

Download, reproduce, and distribute camper forms and publicity materials throughout your local church and community.

Step 3

Instruct and/or assist families to complete online registration with payments made to your local church at least two weeks prior to camp due date of July 5th

Step 4

Complete "Church Registration Form" if making special cabin requests not already indicated through online registration and submit/scan to socalinaz@gmail.com

Step 5

Send one check made out to "So Cal Naz District Church of the Nazarene" to:
Jacob Jorgensen (Camp Registrar)

Hemet, CA 92544

Step 6

Collect signed copies of Pine Valley Release of Liability for every participant and submit/scan to Registrar at socalinaz@gmail.com

Step 7

Collect copies of insurance cards and submit/scan to Registrar at socalinaz@gmail.com
